St. Stephens Church

Extensive urban renewal along the Inner Harbor resulted in the completion of this handsome park in 1976, covering four
and a half acres, with leafy vines clinging to its 340 foot-long arched trellis. A superlative spot for views of recycled waterfront wharves, downtown Boston high-rises, East Boston's shoreline and Logan International Airport. Adjacent to a fountain, roses bloom in the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Garden, added to the park's layout in 1987.
